Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiters & Baristas. If you’re passionate about hospitality, have strong customer service skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! As part of our team, you will serve food and drinks, prepare coffee and other beverages, and ensure an excellent experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
• Prepare a variety of coffee drinks and beverages following our company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area and coffee stations.
• Help set tables, restock supplies, and handle payments.
• Offer menu recommendations and respond to customer questions.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Work together with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter, barista, or in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to multitask and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing and food service is a bonus.
• Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
