Waitress / Barista Job in Manama – Al Riwaq Cafe & Concept Store

Al Riwaq Cafe & Concept Store, part of Al Riwaq Art Space in Bahrain, is hiring full-time waitresses and baristas to join our friendly and creative team. Our cafe has an artistic, relaxed atmosphere, but we value professionalism, teamwork, and excellent service.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers with a warm and professional attitude
• Present and promote menu items clearly and engagingly
• Prepare coffee, drinks, and light food items with consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe
• Assist with the concept store by keeping shelves neat, dust-free, and attractive
• Ensure displays and artwork are well presented
• Support customers with purchases from the store
• Restock items and inform management when supplies are low
• Follow hygiene standards and daily routines
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations

Candidate Requirements

• Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with colleagues and customers
• Able to handle cleaning, restocking, and customer service tasks
• Team-oriented, respectful, and proactive

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience as a barista, waitress, or in a cafe/restaurant
• Retail or sales background, especially customer assistance and product handling
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
