Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and departure
- Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately
- Answer phones, take bookings, and manage the appointment calendar
- Provide information about services, promotions, and products
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with light cleaning and opening/closing procedures
- Support massage therapists and management with general administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Previous cashier, receptionist, or spa/salon experience is a plus
- Bilingual skills are a plus
