Maintenance Supervisor Required – Indian/Nepalese Only – Saar, Bahrain

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance operations across our properties in Saar, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and leadership experience in MEP and civil works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance activities and supervise a team of workers
• Identify faulty equipment and carry out or oversee repairs
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors for maintenance requirements
• Oversee MEP and civil works across various properties

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the GCC region
• Relevant educational qualifications in engineering or maintenance management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Nationality: Indian or Nepalese

Salary and Benefits:

• Monthly salary: 250 BHD
