Boat Captain Wanted – Manama, Bahrain

We are seeking experienced and reliable Boat Captains to operate our fleet of small leisure boats, including doughnut boats and gondola-style vessels. Captains ensure safe navigation, excellent guest service, and proper boat maintenance for a scenic and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Boat Operations

• Safely operate boats within designated cruising areas
• Conduct pre-trip safety checks and brief guests
• Monitor water conditions and adjust routes for safety and comfort
• Assist with docking, boarding, and disembarking

Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Keep boats clean, tidy, and guest-ready
• Perform basic checks on battery, steering, and safety equipment
• Report any mechanical issues or damages promptly
• Maintain logs of boat usage and incidents

Guest Service

• Greet guests warmly and explain safety instructions
• Ensure a professional and courteous guest experience
• Handle guest questions or concerns calmly and efficiently

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all maritime safety regulations and company protocols
• Ensure life jackets and emergency equipment are accessible
• Stay updated on local boating laws and weather conditions

Qualifications:

• Valid boat license or certification required
• Previous experience operating small boats or leisure watercraft preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Calm under pressure and physically fit for outdoor work
