Job Overview

We are hiring a Female Office Receptionist to join our team and manage front desk operations. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment. The ideal candidate should have at least 1–2 years of experience in reception, front-desk, or office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to the right departments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient reception area.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling.
  • Ensure all office and visitor protocols are followed correctly.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar office role.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.
