Job Overview
We are hiring a Female Office Receptionist to join our team and manage front desk operations. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment. The ideal candidate should have at least 1–2 years of experience in reception, front-desk, or office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to the right departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Manage meeting room bookings and schedule appointments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient reception area.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling.
- Ensure all office and visitor protocols are followed correctly.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar office role.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to multitask and handle tasks calmly under pressure.
