Location: Manama, Bahrain
We are looking for a professional Restaurant Manager to oversee operations for a group of QSR and fast casual dining restaurants in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a similar role and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and service quality
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff members
- Monitor food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction
- Control budgets, labor costs, and profitability targets
- Maintain records for payroll, sales, and inventory
- Handle customer complaints and service recovery professionally
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries
- Implement company policies and maintain consistency across outlets
- Lead by example and promote a positive team culture
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and financial reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in QSR or casual dining restaurants
- Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent)
- Knowledge of local HR practices and labor laws
Working Conditions:
Full-time, on-site role requiring active involvement in restaurant operations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
