Company Overview:
A leading real estate developer and property management company in Bahrain is hiring an experienced Maintenance Worker / Handyman to join our facility maintenance team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs, and general maintenance work.

Position: Maintenance Worker (Multi-skilled Handyman)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry work such as fixing doors, locks, handles, hinges, and partitions.
• Repair tiles, flooring, cracks, and plaster damage in villas or apartments.
• Carry out plumbing work — fix leaking taps, pipes, joints, and replace valves, mixers, water pumps, and fittings.
• Handle electrical repairs including replacing light fixtures, switches, sockets, and testing DB panels.
• Conduct basic welding, masonry, gypsum, and painting work as needed.
• Prepare surfaces and perform painting, polishing, and patching for property maintenance.
• Use appropriate tools and equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace.
• Support the maintenance team in handling emergency repair requests efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in general maintenance or handyman work.
• Age between 27 and 35 years.
• Hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Knowledge of basic formwork, scaffolding, shuttering, and gypsum installation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic.
