An established academy in Seef, Bahrain is hiring a Human Resource (HR) Officer with experience in school HR operations and a strong understanding of Ministry of Education (MOE), School Information System (SIO), and Labor Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle the complete hiring process for teachers and administrative staff — including job postings, interviews, and contract preparation — in line with MOE teacher certification and licensing standards.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure all HR practices comply with LMRA laws, including work permits, visas, and school HR policies.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee data in SIO and prepare regular HR reports for management and regulatory authorities.
- Employee Relations: Address staff queries, manage disciplinary cases, and promote a positive work environment.
- Policy Development: Support the creation and implementation of HR policies tailored to school operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in an educational institution.
- Strong knowledge of MOE, SIO, and LMRA regulations and processes.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
