Job Description

A leading restaurant in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Shawarma Maker to join the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook shawarma according to restaurant standards
• Marinate meat and manage food preparation
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
• Operate shawarma equipment safely and efficiently
• Support daily kitchen operations when needed

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Shawarma Maker
• Good knowledge of shawarma preparation and grilling techniques
• Experience in restaurant or fast-food kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: BHD 180 to 200
