Sales Manager

We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead our beverage portfolio in Bahrain. The portfolio includes beer, cider, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales growth, improving market performance, and building strong long-term relationships with key accounts.

This role requires solid experience in beverage sales, FMCG distribution, and key account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales operations across the full beverage portfolio.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in Bahrain.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand.
  • Ensure effective in-market execution, product availability, and brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for promotions and stock planning.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
  • Manage pricing, negotiations, and customer agreements.
  • Ensure timely collections and maintain strong customer account health.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role.
  • Experience in the beverage, FMCG, or alcohol distribution industry preferred.
  • Strong key account management and trade sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to meet targets in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
