We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead our beverage portfolio in Bahrain. The portfolio includes beer, cider, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales growth, improving market performance, and building strong long-term relationships with key accounts.
This role requires solid experience in beverage sales, FMCG distribution, and key account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales operations across the full beverage portfolio.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in Bahrain.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand.
- Ensure effective in-market execution, product availability, and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for promotions and stock planning.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
- Manage pricing, negotiations, and customer agreements.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain strong customer account health.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role.
- Experience in the beverage, FMCG, or alcohol distribution industry preferred.
- Strong key account management and trade sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to meet targets in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
