Receptionist

We are hiring a Female Receptionist for a multinational company in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be professional, organized, and able to manage front desk operations in a corporate environment. Immediate joining is required.

This role involves handling visitors, phone calls, and basic administrative and office support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls to the correct departments.
  • Manage front desk operations and daily reception activities.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, documents, and correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor records and office logs.
  • Support basic administrative and clerical duties as required.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
  • Secondary school certificate required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and behavior.
  • Ability to multitask and manage office communication.
  • Preference will be given to Bahraini passport holders.
