We are hiring a Female Receptionist for a multinational company in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be professional, organized, and able to manage front desk operations in a corporate environment. Immediate joining is required.
This role involves handling visitors, phone calls, and basic administrative and office support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls to the correct departments.
- Manage front desk operations and daily reception activities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, documents, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor records and office logs.
- Support basic administrative and clerical duties as required.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Secondary school certificate required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and behavior.
- Ability to multitask and manage office communication.
- Preference will be given to Bahraini passport holders.
