We are urgently looking for a Female Front Desk Agent to join a leading 5-star hotel in Bahrain. If you have strong front office experience and enjoy working in hospitality, this is a great opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle room reservations, bookings, and cancellations
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and room availability
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments
  • Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Agent
  • Experience in hotel front office operations preferred
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to work in shifts and handle busy environments
