Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle room reservations, bookings, and cancellations
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and room availability
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments
- Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Agent
- Experience in hotel front office operations preferred
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work in shifts and handle busy environments
