Ticketing Officer

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Ticketing Officer to join our travel team. If you have experience with the Amadeus GDS system and a passion for helping clients plan their travel, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle air ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and holiday package sales.
• Assist clients with travel planning and provide excellent customer service.
• Process travel bookings accurately using GDS systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries and offer suitable travel solutions.
• Maintain booking records and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
• Support customers with travel-related information and requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Ticketing Officer, Travel Consultant, or in a similar travel industry role.
• Strong knowledge of air ticketing, hotel bookings, holiday packages, and travel reservations.
• Hands-on experience with Amadeus or Galileo GDS systems.
• Ability to manage clients and bookings independently.
• Knowledge of visa application processes is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Must currently be based in Bahrain.
