We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle administrative tasks in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle office communication, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and taking messages.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for staff and management.
- Maintain and manage calendars to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare and format documents such as emails, letters, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
- Ensure proper record keeping and maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Support general office administration and day-to-day tasks.
Requirements
- Any graduate degree.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment.
