Admin Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle administrative tasks in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle office communication, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and taking messages.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for staff and management.
  • Maintain and manage calendars to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare and format documents such as emails, letters, memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
  • Ensure proper record keeping and maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • Support general office administration and day-to-day tasks.

Requirements

  • Any graduate degree.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment.
