A leading company in the FMCG sector is looking for a Sales Representative to join their team in Manama. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
✔ Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
✔ Conduct market visits to understand customer needs and monitor competitor activities
✔ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sales terms with customers
✔ Track sales performance and prepare regular reports on market trends
✔ Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and promotions
✔ Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support
Job Requirements:
✔ Experience in FMCG sales or a related field
✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
✔ Valid Bahrain driving license
