Overview
We are expanding our operations and looking for an experienced Project Engineer (Civil) to join our team in Bahrain. If you have hands-on experience managing large-scale construction projects like high-rise towers and villa developments, we want to hear from you.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, who can manage daily construction activities, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure projects stay on track — on time, on budget, and up to standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of multiple construction sites.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to execute projects according to approved plans.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using construction management software.
• Track budgets, control costs, and take early action to avoid delays or overspending.
• Supervise site staff and labor teams, ensuring high-quality work and safety compliance.
• Perform regular site inspections and ensure alignment with safety and quality regulations.
• Handle change orders, deviations, and project scope updates efficiently.
• Manage project documentation, including daily reports, site logs, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate timely procurement of materials and equipment.
• Quickly resolve technical or operational issues to avoid project delays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Experience with Grade A or B contractors is a must.
• Strong track record managing high-rise buildings, villa projects, and multiple active sites.
• Hands-on leadership of large teams (300+ workers) is essential.
• Solid knowledge of project planning, budgeting, quality control, and construction safety standards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional site teams and manage fast-paced, high-value projects.
• Must be capable of setting up and leading new departments or project units.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Only candidates with a construction contracting background will be considered. (No consulting experience.)
