A well-established construction company in Manama, Bahrain is urgently hiring a Quantity Surveyor (QS) with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. Candidates must hold a valid CRPEP license and be ready to join immediately.
Job Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Must be licensed by CRPEP Bahrain (Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions)
- Strong knowledge of construction cost control, project estimation, and tendering procedures
- Familiar with contract management and project billing
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Immediate availability is required
