Adliya Contracting Establishment is seeking a skilled Office Administrator with proven AutoCAD experience to join our team in Mameer, Bahrain. Immediate joining is required, and candidates already in Bahrain will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administrative tasks and support daily operations.
- Prepare and review technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and project-related documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proficient in AutoCAD software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Previous experience in a similar office or project coordination role is preferred.
