Job Description:
A leading company in Manama is seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant General Manager. The role involves overseeing daily operations, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business growth across multiple divisions, including Cleaning Services, Pest Control, Trading, and Furniture Sales. The ideal candidate will ensure financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment with the company’s long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and set business goals aligned with company objectives
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and service excellence
- Manage financial performance, including budgets, P&L, and reporting
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff for a high-performance culture
- Identify new business opportunities and growth strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor industry trends and implement best practices for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role
- Knowledge of Cleaning Services, Pest Control, Trading, and Furniture Sales operations is an advantage
- Strong financial management skills, including P&L and budget oversight
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
