CNC Operation

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be currently available in Bahrain and have strong GCC experience in CNC machine operation. This role involves operating CNC machines, reading technical drawings, and ensuring high-precision production output.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC machines for production work.
• Load, secure, and remove raw materials safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machine operations, including speed, feed rate, and tool paths to avoid errors.
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Ensure all products meet required design specifications and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and tool changes.
• Identify and report machine issues or faults when needed.
• Follow strict safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Record production data, machine operations, and maintenance activities accurately.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong knowledge of CNC machine operation and machining processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience with CAD/CAM concepts and G-code/M-code understanding.
• Hands-on experience as a machinist or CNC operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues and perform minor maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Technical training or vocational certification is preferred.
• Minimum 4–5 years of GCC experience required.
