Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation for hotel guests and staff
• Handle airport transfers, pick-up, and drop-off services
• Assist guests with luggage and offer courteous customer service
• Follow traffic rules and hotel safety procedures
• Monitor surroundings to help maintain guest safety
• Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and well-maintained
• Report any incidents, delays, or vehicle issues promptly

Requirements

• Valid driving license
• Previous experience as a hotel driver, company driver, or chauffeur preferred
• Good knowledge of local roads and traffic laws
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Alert and attentive at all times
• Ability to stay calm in emergency or high-pressure situations
• Strong communication and guest service skills
