Hiring: Prep Cook

We are hiring a dedicated and hardworking Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have experience in food preparation, kitchen support tasks, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Candidates currently based in Bahrain will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meat, and sauces for cooking
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff in daily food preparation tasks
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
• Wash, cut, chop, and store food items safely
• Ensure proper storage of food ingredients to maintain freshness
• Support cooking staff during busy kitchen operations
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Assist in basic cooking tasks when required

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Prep Cook or Kitchen Helper preferred
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and able to handle kitchen tasks
• Willingness to work as part of a team
• The candidate should currently be in Bahrain
