Job Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and filling cracks or holes.
• Apply paint, primer, coatings, and finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, and other surfaces.
• Select and mix paint colors to meet project requirements.
• Ensure smooth, even, and professional paint finishes.
• Inspect completed work to maintain high-quality standards.
• Operate and maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials.
• Follow project schedules and complete work within deadlines.
• Guide and support junior painters when required.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Painter or Professional Painter.
• Strong knowledge of painting methods, surface preparation, and finishing techniques.
• Experience working with different types of paints, coatings, and materials.
• Ability to use painting tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and follow project specifications and instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in construction or maintenance environments.
