We are hiring a motivated and qualified HR Executive to join our team. The role focuses on supporting daily Human Resources operations, employee management, and compliance with Bahrain labour regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and personnel files
- Process work visas, residency permits, and other immigration requirements for expatriate employees
- Manage attendance records, leave tracking, and employee documentation
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation programs
- Coordinate employee insurance, contract renewals, and HR-related correspondence
- Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and internal company policies
- Support employee relations and handle daily HR administrative tasks
- Assist in general HR operations and workforce coordination
Requirements
- Previous experience in Human Resources or HR administration is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Bahrain labour law, visa processing, and immigration procedures
- Experience working with expatriate employees and multicultural teams
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
