We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, performance management, and talent retention. This role requires a strategic thinker who can support business growth while creating a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment and staffing process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees.
- Keep job descriptions updated and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Develop training programs and learning materials to help employees understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Create and maintain compensation and benefits strategies based on market trends and salary surveys.
- Handle employee relations matters, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary issues professionally and fairly.
- Ensure company policies and HR procedures are applied consistently across all departments.
- Support managers with performance management tools, employee feedback, and team development.
- Maintain HR systems, employee records, organizational charts, and staff directories.
- Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and salary review processes.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members and department managers.
- Analyze compensation, benefits, and workforce trends to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with workplace regulations, labor laws, and HR best practices.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or MBA in HR preferred.
- 10 to 15+ years of hands-on HR experience in roles such as HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or HR Coordinator.
- Strong understanding of HR management, recruitment strategies, employee engagement, and labor compliance.
- Experience managing HR operations, payroll coordination, employee benefits, and workplace policies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
- PHR or SPHR
- CIPD certification
