HR Officer

A leading restaurant and trading company in Bahrain is hiring a proactive and organized HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations and help manage recruitment and employee records.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Coordinate communication between employees and management
  • Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Use MS Office for reporting, records, and documentation

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an HR Officer or HR Assistant role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment, employee records, and HR coordination
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and reporting tools)
  • Experience in restaurant or trading companies is an advantage
  • Ability to handle multiple HR tasks in a fast-paced environment
