A leading restaurant and trading company in Bahrain is hiring a proactive and organized HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations and help manage recruitment and employee records.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily HR operations and administrative tasks
- Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Coordinate communication between employees and management
- Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Use MS Office for reporting, records, and documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR Officer or HR Assistant role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of recruitment, employee records, and HR coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and reporting tools)
- Experience in restaurant or trading companies is an advantage
- Ability to handle multiple HR tasks in a fast-paced environment
