HR Recruiter

A leading company in Bahrain is looking for a motivated and professional HR Recruiter to join its Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, identifying top talent, and supporting hiring managers in attracting qualified candidates.

Job Overview

As an HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in talent acquisition by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating the hiring process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will help build a strong workforce by recruiting the right talent for various positions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and recruitment databases
  • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
  • Conduct phone screenings and initial candidate assessments
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit
  • Provide interview feedback and hiring recommendations
  • Prepare, extend, and negotiate employment offers with selected candidates
  • Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth hiring process for new employees
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, hiring practices, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Track recruitment performance metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and candidate sourcing effectiveness
  • Participate in career fairs, recruitment drives, and employer branding activities when required
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR recruiting, or a similar role
  • Proven ability to successfully recruit and hire qualified candidates across different job functions
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
