We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, experience sourcing qualified candidates, and the ability to manage the full hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate suitability for open positions.
- Provide interview feedback and hiring recommendations.
- Prepare, extend, and negotiate employment offers with selected candidates.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth hiring experience for new employees.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment performance metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring outcomes.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives when required.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, talent acquisition best practices, and labor market developments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to successfully recruit candidates across different job functions and levels.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Experience using job boards, social media recruiting, and candidate sourcing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
