HVAC Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Maintenance Supervisor to lead HVAC maintenance operations and supervise technical teams in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HVAC maintenance contracts, troubleshooting, and building management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC maintenance activities for commercial and industrial facilities
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems
• Lead and support technicians during troubleshooting and repair work
• Monitor the performance of central AC, package units, and chiller systems
• Read and understand HVAC control circuits and electrical diagrams
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of work
• Ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards
• Monitor spare parts, maintenance records, and technical reports
• Support building management and control system operations related to HVAC
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintenance standards

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC maintenance contracts
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including central AC, package units, and chillers
• Hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Good understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC control systems
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC control circuits and technical drawings
• Diploma in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple maintenance activities and meet deadlines
