HVAC TECHNICIAN

We are hiring a skilled HVAC Technician to join our real estate company. The ideal candidate should have experience in air conditioning systems, electrical work, and plumbing maintenance. This role involves handling villa and building maintenance tasks independently and ensuring all systems operate efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Performing HVAC maintenance and repair for central AC units and split AC systems
• Handling electrical maintenance work in villas and buildings
• Carrying out plumbing repair and maintenance tasks
• Diagnosing and fixing technical issues in AC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Working independently and managing assigned maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or property maintenance
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical work, and plumbing
• Ability to work independently and solve technical issues
• Good understanding of central AC systems and split AC units
• Valid driving license is required
• Responsible, reliable, and safety-focused

Working Hours & Benefits

• 8 hours duty per day
• Friday holiday
• Salary: 250 BHD
