Indoor/Outdoor Salesman for IT, Networking, and CCTV – Manama, Bahrain

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Indoor/Outdoor Salesman to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT, networking, and CCTV sales. This role requires a strong focus on customer engagement, achieving sales targets, and market research. Key Responsibilities:

• Punch in at dedicated branches by 9:30 AM daily.
• Review sales from the previous day to ensure accurate reporting.
• Handle cash collected and hand it over to the cashier.
• Ensure all product samples are checked and updated.
• Call and meet with at least 30 customers every day.
• Plan daily routes to visit a minimum of 25-30 customers.
• Present at least three offers to customers each day.
• Offer competitive pricing for bulk purchases (more than 10 items).
• Carry and review the stock list on a daily basis.
• Achieve daily sales targets of 200 BD to 250 BD.
• Focus on selling at least 5 products from slow-moving inventory.
• Show a minimum of 20 product samples to each customer.
• Visit 3 new customers every day to expand the customer base.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Monitor competitor pricing and stay informed about market trends.
• Stay updated on new products available in the market.
• Share trendy products not available in the inventory with the inquiry group.
• Regularly check the stock list by category when in the shop.
• Conduct quality checks on new arrivals and provide feedback.
• Maintain company assets properly (vehicle, samples, mobile, tablet, laptop). Any damage to assets must be compensated by the employee.
