Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator for a signage production company. The ideal candidate should have experience operating different signage and printing machines, including CNC Router, Fiber Laser, CO₂ Laser, Printers, Plotter Cutters, and Channel Letter Machines.

Freshers with technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain signage production machines efficiently
• Handle CNC Router machines for 2D and 3D cutting work
• Operate Fiber Laser machines for metal cutting tasks
• Use CO₂ Laser machines for acrylic and non-metal cutting
• Manage Eco-Solvent and UV printing machines
• Operate Plotter Cutting Machines for signage and sticker production
• Use Channel Letter Bending Machines and Press Brake equipment
• Load materials properly and select the correct machine settings
• Set up machines according to design and print-ready files
• Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and production standards
• Maintain daily production and machine operation records
• Follow workplace safety procedures while handling machinery and materials

Requirements

• Knowledge of machine operation and basic troubleshooting
• Ability to read technical drawings and production layouts
• Understanding of signage materials, printing, and fabrication processes
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or print-ready file handling is an advantage
• Good attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
