Need Urgent Sushi Chef

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Sushi Chef to join our team. This is an immediate opening, and we need someone who is passionate about Japanese cuisine and can prepare sushi to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present sushi and other Japanese dishes according to the restaurant’s menu.
• Ensure the quality, freshness, and presentation of all dishes served.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to meet customer demands efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with sushi trends and continuously improve your skills.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role in a high-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of Japanese ingredients, techniques, and sushi presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
