Operation Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, team leadership, and business performance improvement within the F&B sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Manage and lead operational teams to achieve company goals and performance targets.
• Monitor productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance management.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Proven experience in operations management and team leadership.
• Strong background in managing daily operations, staff, and business performance.
• Experience in the coffee industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
