We are looking for an organized and professional Personal Assistant to support the manager with daily administrative and business tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the manager’s meeting schedules and appointments
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and business documents
- Handle emails, correspondence, and administrative communication
- Assist with project coordination and task follow-up
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Support business development and daily office operations
- Assist with travel arrangements, e-ticket booking, and scheduling
- Organize files, records, and office documentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; previous experience is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional attitude with a friendly and positive personality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of internet browsing, e-ticket booking, and office administration
- Familiarity with Tally ERP 9 is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work independently
