Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of project execution.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and resolve site issues to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Control project costs and review project-related expenditures.
• Prepare project status reports and lead progress review meetings.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Identify project risks and implement solutions to manage delays, changes, and challenges.
• Lead, supervise, and support project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Coordinate the timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Manage project handover activities and complete close-out documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.

• Understanding of quality control, risk management, procurement, and site operations.
