Job Responsibilities

- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings when required.
- Maintain records, files, and visitor logs.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks.
- Provide support to office staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
Job Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative role is an advantage.
