Restaurant Manager – QSR / Fast Casual Dining

Location: Manama, Bahrain

We are looking for a professional Restaurant Manager to oversee operations for a group of QSR and fast casual dining restaurants in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a similar role and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and service quality
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff members
  • Monitor food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction
  • Control budgets, labor costs, and profitability targets
  • Maintain records for payroll, sales, and inventory
  • Handle customer complaints and service recovery professionally
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries
  • Implement company policies and maintain consistency across outlets
  • Lead by example and promote a positive team culture

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and financial reporting
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in QSR or casual dining restaurants
  • Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of local HR practices and labor laws

Working Conditions:
Full-time, on-site role requiring active involvement in restaurant operations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
