Sales Consultant

We are hiring experienced and motivated Sales Consultants for a fast-growing overseas consultancy specializing in international placements and global career opportunities. We are looking for target-driven professionals with strong communication and client management skills who can help individuals explore overseas jobs, migration services, and international opportunities.

Immediate joining candidates will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with clients interested in overseas jobs and international services
• Conduct professional consultations and recommend suitable overseas solutions
• Build strong client relationships and maintain long-term customer engagement
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to successful closure
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion activities
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
• Stay updated on overseas market trends, visa processes, and international opportunities
• Develop referral networks and generate new business opportunities

Requirements

• Experience in overseas consultancy, international recruitment, or service sales
• Proven track record in lead generation and sales target achievement
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage sales pipelines independently
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills

Language Requirements

• Professional English communication skills
• Hindi, Punjabi, or Bengali language skills preferred
