Sales & Distribution Representative – Cookies (Commission-Based) – Manama, Bahrain

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales & Distribution Representative to drive our cookies sales across grocery stores and mini-markets in Bahrain. This is a commission-based role with great earning potential. Join us and expand our brand in local stores!

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify new grocery stores and mini-markets to sell our cookies.
• Introduce the product and secure new sales accounts.
• Follow up regularly with stores to ensure consistent sales.
• Manage cookie deliveries and restocking.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with shop owners.

Payment & Commission:

• Commission-only role.
• Earn 50 fils per cookie sold.
• The commission applies to new stores/accounts you bring on board.
• Existing sales (approx. 3,000 cookies/month).

Requirements:

• Previous sales or FMCG distribution experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Reliable and organized, with the ability to manage deliveries.
• Own transportation (car required).
