Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, meetings, and daily appointments for management.
- Prepare reports, official letters, emails, and business correspondence.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office communication.
- Maintain proper filing systems and document control.
- Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Assist in organizing office operations and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure confidentiality of company and client information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant administrative experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Professional attitude and good personal presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Previous experience in secretarial or administrative roles is an advantage.
